Many consider the failed ferries to be one of the legacies of the outgoing First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, who will step down on Monday, however firm plans will need to be in place to deliver these over-budget and over-delayed ferries from the new incoming First Minister who is expected to be voted in this coming Tuesday.
