King Charles III celebrates his new reign with his first Garden Party in Edinburgh as Monarch. During Royal Week, at Holyrood, his official residence, The Palace of Holyroodhouse, today saw a wash out with attendees all dressed up with hundreds of umbrellas to combat the torrential rain.
