A delivery lorry has crashed into the side of the road hitting a bollard on a steep inclined street on Castle Wynd beside Stirling Castle. A vehicle recovery team is seen helping by winching the lorry off the side very slowly and carefully controlling the lorry down the steep incline back onto the road below which caused some localised traffic jams.
The snow which fell over Central Scotland overnight has since turned to slush and ice on the roads causing havoc for motorists and road users.
