On Winter Solstice day, being the shortest day of the year, inside the Scottish Parliament feels like the longest day of the year as MSPs for a second day go into overtime discussing amendments to the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill, where people who are looking to get a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) using self ID, do not need to get any medical reports in order to get their GRC.
