Glasgow, UK. 13 March 2019. Mr Lochhead will meets P5 and P6 pupils from Sunnyside Primary School showcasing an environmental campaign they have created, as well as viewing exhibits from companies from across the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) industry.

Funding for Scotland’s four science centres will be announced during British Science Week.

Scotland is the only part of the UK where science centres are supported through annual funding. Minister for Science Richard Lochhead will unveil the latest tranche of funding to support science centres’ activities to engage people from all backgrounds across Scotland.
