The Scottish Parliament voted in favour to leave the EU Flag flying outside of Parliament after the UK left the EU on the 31st January 2020. Scotland voted in a. majority to remain in the EU despite the rest of the UK voting to leave the EU. The Scottish Government are looking at ways to rejoin the EU.
